GEM specializes in providing among the highest quality Phase I ESA reports in the industry for a very reasonable price. We also provide less exhaustive environmental due diligence products (e.g., regulatory database report review and opinion letters, transaction screen reports), Phase II/III environmental field investigations, and general environmental consulting services. Although we are not certified to provide asbestos, lead-based paint, or mold inspections, our goal is to meet our clients’ needs in the most efficient and cost-effective means possible. We have therefore developed strong relationships with excellent specialty firms in those fields and retain them, as-needed, to provide such services at-cost (i.e., no mark-up) to our clients.
