GEM has completed hundreds of projects of varying scopes since we opened our doors in 2004. Many of those projects are presented below to demonstrate the typical variety of properties that we have assessed. In addition, we have evaluated more than 100 one- to 400-acre vacant or agricultural properties that were subsequently redeveloped for residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed uses.
