WELCOME . . . AGAIN!
If you or your clients buy, sell, develop, invest in, or lend on real estate, our goal is to make the environmental due diligence process as painless as possible by offering an exceptional combination of price, service, and quality. If you are tired of missed budgets or deadlines, “rush” fees, nearly illegible or incomprehensible reports, and/or questionable recommendations for additional work, please consider adding us to your team of professionals.
We are very proud of our network of clients and the variety of projects with which we have been involved since opening our doors in 2004.
– Rex Hansen, Director & Principal Engineer, American Geotechnics, Boise
FEES
The cost of a Phase I ESA depends on the use, size, location, and complexity of the property of interest. We have performed about 500 ESAs since 2004, about 97 percent of which were completed for less than $1,700. We can’t guarantee that our fees will be the lowest available, of course, but they will almost certainly be significantly less than those charged by firms offering comparable quality. In addition, we do not charge “rush” fees or the typical 15 to 25 percent consultant surcharge on outside services.
Given the intent and legal nature of Phase I reports, our goal is to provide a superior work product for a reasonable price. We will leave it to others to provide a substandard product for a bargain basement price.
– Tommy Ahlquist, Chief Operating Officer, Gardner Company, Boise
DELIVERY
Our normal turnaround time for delivery of a standard Phase I ESA report (typically two written copies and a PDF copy) is two weeks. We have completed them within a week, when needed, but we caution our clients that Phase I reports are legal documents intended for potential use in a court of law. As such, they are only as valid and credible as the supporting information obtained during the assessment process. Whatever your needed time frame, however, we guarantee that we will meet it unless an unforeseen event occurs through no fault of our own.
– Clay Carley, Manager, Old Boise L.L.C., Boise
QUALITY
During my 35 years as a geotechnical, geological, and environmental consultant, I have been fortunate to work with some of the most experienced and well-respected professionals in those fields and dozens of environmental attorneys. These individuals have consistently underscored the importance of focusing on the quality of both the content AND presentation of a document because of its potential use in a court of law as part of an innocent landowner defense. We believe that the differences in the level of detail and presentation between our reports and those of many, if not most, other consultants will be obvious to you. But don’t take our word for it . . . see what some of our other clients say about us. Click here to read some client testimonials.
